About Diana Goodheart

My journey into healing began right after college when I first stepped onto the path of Yoga. What started as a simple interest quickly deepened into a lifelong commitment to fostering wellbeing in every aspect—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Over the years, I’ve integrated a diverse set of healing modalities, including Polarity Wellness Education, Craniosacral Therapy, and Spiritual Coaching creating a rich, holistic approach that has served my clients on their own transformative journeys.

In recent years, I expanded my expertise to become a Life and Relationship Coach. I blend this practice with my bodywork or offer it as a stand-alone service, always tailoring my approach to meet each unique individual. My work invites people into a profound transformation: from physical relief to emotional clarity, from balanced relationships to a renewed sense of purpose.

My deep dive into the internal world also led me to explore dream interpretation where I embraced Jungian dream analysis. Through this powerful practice, I help clients uncover the hidden wisdom within their dreams, offering them the opportunity for deep self-reflection and personal insight.

Nature has always been my sanctuary and guide. Whether trekking locally or in the forests of New England or on the West Coast, I'm always appreciating the deeper harmony with the natural world. My love for water found expression through kayaking, a practice I’ve cultivated for two decades, with countless hours spent paddling in serene waters across 49 states. Each paddle is a meditation—with the opportunity for deeper reflection, mindfulness, and renewal.

In addition to my professional pursuits, I wear many hats in my life. As a mother of four, I hone the art of nurturing and guiding others through life’s ups and downs. With 18 years of experience, I’ve taught both regular and special education, shaping young minds and fostering growth in the classroom. I’ve also worked as a naturalist at summer camps, sharing my deep love for nature with children. My passions extend to gardening and reading, constantly exploring new ideas and knowledge. My commitment to community goes beyond my work—I've served on the boards of two river-based nonprofit organizations, advocating for the preservation of river ecosystems and riparian environments.

Through it all, my purpose is clear—to help others tap into their true potential, heal from within, and create lives full of peace, balance, and possibility.
